Hi, I’m Silvia Peterson.
A 35+ year veteran of the Restaurant Industry. As an industrial engineer, I have created solutions that make working in a restaurant easier. My last Corporate job was to start the department at Starbucks in 2000 when the coffee company had just over 2000 locations. For the past 11 years, Silvia has been consulting and bringing her expertise to more than 40 brands. In 2020, during the COVID restaurant consulting pause I dusted off my passion project to teach happiness and created an online signature course: Happy Starts With You. Each week for 8 weeks a small group of women gather to learn how to improve their happiness with me as your guide.
In 2019, I became a Certified Happiness Trainer based on Marci Shimoff’s New York Times best-selling book Happy for No Reason: 7 Steps to Being Happy from the Inside Out. I am so excited to share this with you and help you find your natural state of inner peace and joy.
